Moderators of the SAI of Montenegro conducted IntoSAINT workshop on self-assessment integrity in the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine

Kiev, 18th May 2018 – The representatives of the SAI of Montenegro, as moderators conducted the self-assessment of the integrity in line with the IntoSAINT methodology in the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine from 14th to 18th May 2018.

Apart from two moderators from the SAI of Montenegro, Mrs. Marija Zugic head of international cooperation department and Mrs. Stana Besovic, head of Sector I, the expert from the Court of accounts of the Netherlands also led the workshop.

The moderators presented to the employees the IntoSAINT self-assessment methodology, conducted self-assessment based on the results of the questionnaires and developed jointly with the employees of the Accounting Chamber the Self-assessment report which was presented to the management. The Self-assessment report contains the results of the workshop with the employees and recommendations which will serve for further strengthening of the integrity control system.

IntoSAINT tool for integrity self-assessment is developed and implemented by the Netherlands Court of Audit. This tool is served for risk analysis and resilience of the SAI with a view to preventing future violations and raising awareness about integrity within the SAI. IntoSAINT covers integrity control framework and implementation of relevant international standards of supreme audit institutions related to integrity and ethical principles.
